粉末流動性測試儀檢測項目及含義

流動性指數是綜合休止角、崩潰角、平板角、分散度、松裝密度、振實密度等參
數，通過上述測試數據得到差角、壓縮度、空隙率、均齊度等指標，還能通過卡爾指數 得到流動性指數、噴流性指數等參數 獲得.
振實密度：振實密度是指粉體裝填在特定容器后，對容器進行振動，從而破壞
粉體中的空隙，使粉體處于緊密填充狀態后的密度。通過測量振實密度可以知
道粉體的流動性和空隙率等數據
松裝密度：松裝密度是指粉體在特定容器中處于自然充滿狀態后的密度。該指
標對存儲容器和包裝袋的設計很重要

休止角：粉體堆積層的自由表面在靜平衡狀態下，與水平面形成的角度叫
做休止角。它是通過特定方式使粉體自然下落到特定平臺上形成的。休止角對
粉體的流動性影響，休止角越小，粉體的流動性越好。休止角也稱安息角、
自然坡度角等。
崩潰角：給測量休止角的堆積粉體以一定的沖擊，使其表面崩潰后圓錐體的底
角稱為崩潰角。
平板角：將埋在粉體中的平板向上垂直提起，粉體在平板上的自由表面（斜面）
和平板之間的夾角與受到震動后的夾角的平均值稱為平板角。在實際測量過程
中，平板角是以平板提起后的角度和平板受到沖擊后除掉不穩定粉體的角度的
平均值來表示的。平板角越小粉體的流動性越強。一般地，平板角大于休止角。
分散度：粉體在空氣中分散的難易程度稱為分散度。測量方法是將 10 克試樣從
一定高度落下后，測量接料盤外試樣占試樣總量的百分數。分散度與試樣的分
散性、漂浮性和飛濺性有關。如果分散度超過 50%，說明該樣品具有很強的飛濺
傾向。
