一、FT-3400型粉體流變儀適用范圍Scope of application:

三、FT-3400型粉體流變儀功能描述Functional description:
通過分析粉體剪切動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)來描述流動(dòng)行為表征,粉體工業(yè)在加工、存儲、運(yùn)輸、料倉中常出現(xiàn)拱架/鼠孔結(jié)構(gòu);物料之間及物料與固體壁面的摩擦;在料斗的設(shè)計(jì)中,排料口的大小、料斗壁的傾斜角以及粉料對料斗壁的壓力,設(shè)計(jì)不合理的料斗會(huì)給生產(chǎn)造成很大的困難;這些影響粉體流動(dòng)性的行為特征通過測量粉體內(nèi)部強(qiáng)度、流動(dòng)函數(shù)、摩擦函數(shù)、密度、時(shí)間函數(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)分析上述現(xiàn)象和狀態(tài),采用PC軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)模型實(shí)時(shí)分析。

五、FT-3400型粉體流變儀工作原理working principle:
